Andrew is the founder of Atrium Management, starting the company in 2009. Andrew has over 10 years experience in the commercial property industry providing strategic advice on equity/debt raising and acquisitions/disposals for his clients across UK and Europe. Andrew has built up a vast network of trusted lenders, investors, developers, and operators within specialist Real Estate, both in the UK and internationally.
Prior to establishing Atrium, Andrew worked across UK, UAE and NZ in property development, equity raising, and debt advisory. Including consulting within CBRE on the surrender programme of Lloyds Banking Group’s non-retail portfolio, and working within DAMAC properties raising equity from retail investors into commercial real estate.
In NZ, Andrew worked for the Joyce Group and was part of the core development and operational team delivering over $100million of student accommodation to tertiary institutes. Matt has over 10 years experience in corporate finance and real estate advisory in UK and Europe. Matt specialises in working with companies and investors to identify the strategic and capital structure solutions to enhance value of businesses and real estate assets. Matt has completed a total of over 40 M&A/fundraising transactions across UK, Europe, US, Asia and NZ/Aus with an average deal size of c.£200m.
Prior to Atrium, Matt was a Director for Jamieson Corporate Finance (JCF), a leading London-based corporate advisory firm focused on private company mergers & acquisitions and fundraisings in UK and Europe. Matt was primarily focussed on the property, healthcare, and leisure sectors. Prior to spending 8 years at JCF, Matt worked in mergers & acquisitions for UBS and Deloitte.

Mike joined Atrium as Non-Executive Director in 2015. Mike is the co-founder of London-based asset management company Oxygen Management. Mike leads investment acquisitions, sourcing debt, and structuring transactions for Oxygen and is focused on sourcing investment opportunities and creating deliverable asset management plans for investors. He has experience across all property sectors throughout the UK, having previously worked at ING Real Estate Investment Management as fund manager on a wide range of in-house portfolios and has also spent time at Capital and Regional as an asset manager on the X-Leisure Fund.firstname.lastname@example.org
